We barely got a chance to do this tour. All we had was 15 minutes of it, and all 15 minutes were interesting and very informative. Maybe someday will be able to have the whole tour.

Trolley Tour Good - Administration Needs a Lot of Help
Edward_R
, May 2021
This hop-on-hop-off experience was average. We used this for two days to get to know Key West and to help us get around since parking is atrocious. One thing I have to say is each of the drivers has the tour down. All of them say the same thing. The one good thing was that at one stop there were too many people waiting and the driver did call for another trolley that did show up in about 5 minutes, so that was good since it was 80 degrees in the shade. So they did look after the customer. The first driver saw that we used Viator, so she told us to get on and get our tickets at one of their ticketing locations. That was a joke. The first ticketing location couldn't handle it so they sent us up the street 6 blocks to another station. That lady cannot count because it was 8 blocks not 6. Then I had to go through the rain dance of filling out all kinds of forms before they could issue tickets. All the other tours I have ever done, you just give them your name and they check you off the list, not the trolley tour. Why register on-line if you have to fill out everything and more in person? The next day we showed the driver our tickets. John (the driver) told us to put on the stickers he didn't need the tickets. We got off at one of the stops. When we got back on they wanted to see out tickets. We told them about John telling us to just show our stickers. Nope need to show your tickets. Someone there needs to get their act together and tell everyone to follow the same system.

Hello Edward, Thank you for sharing you experience. Feedback from our guests is one of the best ways we learn how to improve the visitor experience. We were sorry to hear the first ticketing location ‘Could not handle’ the ticket exchange. All of our team are supposed to know how to exchange prepaid vouchers for boarding pass. Since you purchased your tickets through one of our online partners, guests are required to exchange the voucher for a boarding pass. This is the current way we have to account for our partner’s ticketing and close the. We are currently working on improving our check in process and apologize for the inconvenience. Our driver John was incomplete in his information about the showing tickets to board. The stickers are helpful in identifying our guests, but the boarding pass needs to be shown as you board the trolley. I am forwarding your comments to the General Manager for his review. Again, thank you for taking the time to review. We hope you will join us again.

The waits were long and there were issues with our 2 day passes. Welby was a great help. Honestly, the Duval Loop bus was a better option and was also free.

Worth every penny!
Christina_E
, Apr 2021
I was only able to spend one day in Key West and I thought this trolley sounded like a great way to see as much of the city as I could. It was worth every penny! The drivers on the trolley were all nice, friendly and professional and were excellent ambassadors for the city. We stopped at the Sloppy Joe’s, Ernest Hemingway’s Home, and the southernmost point in the United States. The ride was quick and super-easy to hop on and hop off. Make sure to bring a few extra bucks so you can leave tips for each driver (I didn’t realize that there would be different drivers on the various trolleys that I hopped on and off, and I used all of my cash on the first driver and had no more cash to tip the others). A first-rate tour!
