This 3 hour walking tour is way over priced as it does not include any museum entry tickets and also you need to buy your own ticket to the Ann Frank house (which is not guaranteed). All you get for your money is 2 tram trips and a cup of coffee.The guide is friendly and informative however you are better off buying your own tickets online before you leave.

Sorry to hear that you didn't value the tour. We are also surprised about this review for two reasons. 1. We are very clear in the description of the tour that we don't guarantee tickets. We advice you how to get tickets so everyone has a 99% chance to get the tickets. 2. We offered you Anne Frank tickets at the day of our tour for later that day. We did an extra mile to organise that in the early morning of the tour, but you didn't want them anymore. So in the end we made someone else happy with the tickets. For other travellers good to know that we will do everything to get you tickets to get inside the house. This is hard, but with our advice it can't get wrong.
